These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text message communications between Jason R. Smith, Mortgage Advisor, NMLS #169972, Statewide Funding Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") and individuals who opt in to receive SMS messages from us.

- Verbally confirming your consent to receive text messages during a phone or in-person consultation
- Texting START or YES to our messaging number
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of obtaining any loan product or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages at multiple points throughout your loan process (inquiry, application, processing, approval, closing) as well as periodic market or rate updates. Frequency will not exceed what is reasonably necessary for the stated purposes.
4. Fees
We do not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in transmission due to carrier issues.

Your mobile phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
